As soon as Google’s Web Browser Chrome released every one asked when it will be released for Mac and Linux. Chrome has been released only for windows and it seems that Chrome team trying hard to give release for these two widely used operating systems. Now the wait is over as search giant Google released development version of Chrome for Mac and Linux. But wait before jumping into download and use it. According to them this is early access release and prone of crash and full of bugs.
The “DON’T DOWNLOAD THEM!” label is given to these release in the blog post by Google. Google stated that they are releasing this version so that developers can play with the release, provide Google with bug reports, and help them solve issues. Google specifically stated the following:
In order to get more feedback from developers, we have early developer channel versions of Google Chrome for Mac OS X and Linux, but whatever you do, please DON’T DOWNLOAD THEM! Unless of course you are a developer or take great pleasure in incomplete, unpredictable, and potentially crashing software.
How incomplete? So incomplete that, among other things , you won’t yet be able to view YouTube videos, change your privacy settings, set your default search provider, or even print.
So there is no YouTube videos, no privacy settings, cant set default search provider, and can’t print, crash prone and lots of bug. Full list of issue with the release here. Even if you dare to download the click here.
